Founded in late 2024, Noshe Cambridge emerged from a deep love for Afghan culinary traditions and a vision to share our rich heritage with the vibrant Cambridge community. Our name, "Noshe" (نوش), derived from "Noshe jaan" meaning "nourish your soul", reflects our commitment to providing not just a meal, but a soul-nourishing dining experience.
